I also have this ready to stitch and you are an inspiration to start - How do you manage to stitch so quickly as its seems to grow so fast!!

Sorry I haven't been around much the past 3 months or so but I lost my stitchy bug and ability to stitch for awhile...because I'm pregnant with baby #2! During the first trimester, I managed to finish all the small xmas pieces that I needed to before the holidays but then the exhaustion hit and there was no way I could focus on stitching during the time "off" I had from chasing my 2.5 yr old daughter around.

I'm finally feeling like I have more energy so I've picked my needle back up and chose to work on Victorian Xmas Eve first because it's been out of my rotation for so long...since June! Some days I still have to take a quick power nap while my little girl is napping so I didn't get as much done in a week as I used to but every little bit counts!

So here's where I am after week 8 of stitching on this piece...on page 3 right now out of 6 pages:

What a lovely update Kim and its great to see you posting again, as well as your lovely update. Congratulations on the upcoming arrival of #2 child :stork: I hope that from now on you gradually get more energy to cope with your very busy toddler daughter. :D

It looks fantastic, Kim. Very pretty stitching on a very pretty design. I bet it feels good to have needle in hand again...about as good as it feels to have head on pillow, right?

That is sooo lovely, will be great when you have done it. :applesauce: Love the colours & look forward to more updates when you have time. When you have a little one time is short but hope you can fit in more stitching. :D
