I really hope I've posted this in the right place, if not please move me along.
I'd like to have a thread where I can update all on my projects and there progress as well as add links to the pictures. It will also help me keep a record of what I'm doing.
I think I will make my first post tonight

Where you posted this would be fine for your non-cross stitch projects. For cross stitch WIP's and completions, you'd want to use the Stitch-A-Long section.
Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Thank you, this is my first project. I've read up on how to xstitch and I do it all wrong they don't all go the same way like they should oops.
Meh, it's a learning process...we were all newbies at one time.
I think these owls are so cute...I love the expression of the little yellow guy on the right. I'm pretty sure I've looked at people that way myself.
That's my DH's favourite I like the top first Owl on the left. I think I've looked at people like the yellow guy too. I probably do on a daily basis hehe

Don't worry about making mistakes, especially on your first attempt. Unless you're submitting to a stitching competition, most likely no one will ever notice or care.
Just have fun and learn as you go. Can't wait to see more of the owls!

Thank you.
I personally thought I was doing it right until I saw a piece on how to xstitch. My back looks amazing though.
I'm finishing work early so I can get some more done.
