Hello, I'm back with a small update on stitching I have done since last spring.
Seeing all the beautiful things you all have been stitching has motivated me to try to finish a couple of projects this year.
I started on the last ornament in this set, it's the cute Yorkie!
I'm about halfway done stitching my Thai Cat.
Above was my progress last March, below is where I am now.

Those are great and I’m looking to seeing them progress.

How lovely to see you -- and your gorgeous stitching! Finishing up is always the hardest, I find. Love starting, though!

Here's a quick update on my stitching progress this month.
Working on the cat's head now.
Finished the candy cane and working on the body of the Yorkie ornament.

Just a quick update, I haven't had much time to stitch this month.
I finished the stitches on the Yorkie, just have to do backstitching next.
I named her Chloe after the Yorkie my neighbor used to own.
I have only made a little progress on the cat's face, I hope to update soon when I finish the face details on her.

Backstitch is usually a pain, but it certainly does bring out detail. Look forward to seeing everything pop.

Even without backstitch she's very cute. Is she done on paper?

Finally finished the Yorkie ornament. It is stitched on plastic canvas.
Finished the face on the cat, I hope to finish it soon & get it framed.
I need to decide what I will stitch next, it may have a cat in it.

The Yorker is adorable and the cat looks like it’s going to meow at any moment.

I finished the Thai cat and dropped it off at the frame shop today.
I just have to wait 4 weeks for it to be done!
Here's my next project: Bear with blanket birth record.
I'm going to stitch the pink version since my son & his wife are expecting a baby girl in early October.
My 2 1/2 year old grandson is going to get a baby sister! I stitched a different birth sampler by the same designer for him a couple of years ago.

Congrats! It's always nice to have a purpose behind our stitching (for when misguided people ask why we do these things...).
The cat looks wonderful, and will be set off beautifully in its frame, I'm sure.
