I absolutely adore him! He has the best and most expressive eyes ever! And an adorable goatee!

Dare I admit that I'm thinking of changing them....
Well, then I will make sure I save this photo of him. Though I'm sure whatever you decide on will be perfect. I think.

I think of my granddaughters whenever I see this. I know they would love him.
I'm happy to send you his outline, if you would like to do something with him for them? (I wouldn't recommend my version unless you love split stitch and have a few years....)

Oh Those Eyes they speak many words for sure. Love all the colours now coming into the design too.

I think he looks very noble, with his eyes cast heavenward. Very medieval.
I am not alone in loving his eyes! I love the rest of him too. There is something very special about him that I can't quite put in words. Maybe its just the magic of the unicorn!

Our resident unicorns in the garden of the Stash & Grab love him, too, by the way. One believes Hengest to be his great-grandfather... (they are very long lived, generally speaking).

For various reasons, none of them very good , I decided to create an Austin Seven in the style of the Bayeux tapestry. I'd been given a load of Appleton's wool which I thought would work if I wanted to make a fair number of kits, but working with it I am once again reminded why I likemy Heathway Milano so much! Anyway, the first model was started on quite the wrong fabric, so that has now been abandoned. The smaller one is sort of working, but still takes too long for the purpose I had in mind. Back to the drawing board!
(As usual more details on FoF, although I've actually posted further progress here!)
