My sewing machine also embroiders. My girls friends are all having babies, so I make a lot of cute things, like this baby quilt:

and this baby pillow:

I also crochet, so a lot of these are made (lots of different patterns and colors):

I agree!! The main problem with retirement is that I don't have enough time to do everything I want to do.wendywombat wrote:Can you ever have Too Many hobbies???![]()
You are one talented lady!!
I have multiple projects going at all times. Right now I'm making myself a new Regency era dress for a volunteer job I have as a historical interpreter. I always have a crochet project in my tote bag, as that's easily done while on the road, either in a car or an airplane. My cross stitch sits on a cumbersome floor frame, so it's not as easily portable, so it stays at home.poppy wrote:Do you have times when you do lots of sewing and other times lots of crochet or do you do a bit of everything most of the time?
Thanks! The theme was 'Candy, Candy, Candy', so everything except the gingerbread is candy (the figures are modeling chocolate), but I lost points on 'Christmas spirit'...Squirrel wrote:Oh my goodness, how amazing is that gingerbread structure. It is AWESOME.![]()
