That's gonna be a tough one, I think, because that's from back when out-of-print still meant really out-of-print and the designer may not be around anymore. You can try Hoffmans (hoffmandis.com). They're a distributor, they don't sell to the public, but you can browse the charts to see if you find what you're looking for. If you find it and can get the name of the designer, that'll go a long way to help locate the chart. (I tried searching for "spring" in the Hoffman search function, but it turned up 15 pages of charts. I'll let you go through them since you know what it looks like.)
You can also try Cyberstitches (

Do you remember the dimensions? One person's 'impossibly high stitch count' is just the norm for some folks here, so even if you don't remember the stitch count or the fabric count, the dimensions might be helpful.
Also, here is a long list of designers. The list probably has folks who are current and if your designer isn't around anymore, she might not be here, but.....if the designer is on the list, seeing the name might jog your memory:
