She is looking gorgeous :) great job on it! And I love the not so heavy confetti areas on the patterns, they seem to go by sooooo much faster eh? Getting close to finishing her! :whoop:

wow, this project looks fantastic. I started a HAED and using 25ct with 2 over 1 and it's killing me. The 25ct is sooo small.
Full marks to you for sticking with this. I hope I do the same!

Yikes.. 2 over 1!? That's cause for madness right there. Try using 1 over 1, I think you'll be much happier. I have no idea why HAED reccommends stitching 2 over 1 on 25 count - I find that the holes get tight enough just using 1 strand!

As for stitching on such small counts.. when I started I thought I would go mad... but after I got used to it, I found I like it much more than stitching on smaller count fabrics. I often stitch over 1 on 32 count linen even. Granted, I am of an age where I don't need magnifiers yet, though I can from the fact that I've started taking my regular glasses off when I stitch that I'll be needing them in a few years. We'll see if I still love stitching such tiny stitches when that happens. I have a friend who just boggles when she watches me stitch - she doesn't get how I can see to stitch that small, even with her reading glasses on! I dread the day my eyesight gets that bad - all my hobbies and interests depend on being able to see extra fine details!

Great lovely progress! :applesauce: Yeah, it's sad having to deal with eyesight problems... i have been having a hard time with my crossstitching eversince I wore progressive lenses. So you take care of your eyesight and enjoy stitching while it's A-okay! :)
