OT: Prayer Requests

I have a few prayer requests for those of you that believe in God and pray.
There are 3 in total.

1. A good friend of mine was pregnant and due to have her baby at the end of March. She already has 3 little boys and this was to be her 4th child. All was well at her 13 week appt. She went in for her midway (18-20 week) ultrasound and they discovered baby was deceased. She was admitted into the hospital on Nov 7 and gave birth to a baby boy on Nov 8. He was stillborn (as expected). This is made a whole lot worse because on March 27, 2012 she delivered stillborn twin boys at 13 weeks gestation. She had gone in for her Dr appt and they discovered no heartbeats. So she has had 3 stillborn babies this year. I know she is taking it hard and my heart aches for her. So the request is going out for prayer!

2. Another friend of mine recently moved to the states from Canada. He lived in San Fran for a while then moved to New York City. In a matter of 7 days he lived through hurricane Sandy, got held up at gunpoint and has his wallet, cell phone and car keys stolen, then had his work laptop die. He was stressed out, but seems to managing ok. Prayers are requested for him too!

3. Me. I am so sick. I have a terrible cold. As does Chris and Olivia. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and baby is set to arrive in 3 short weeks. I really need to be over my cold by the time baby arrives. I'm having a hard time getting anything done simply because I can't breathe through my nose and am constantly trying to catch my breath. Olivia is starting to feel better...but Chris and I are suffering hard core. Its a wicked one this time around.

I'm sorry to hear of your friends' sorrows and trials, but I believe all will be well in time.
