Hi! I just joined

Post by Mara B »

My name is Mara and I live in Alabama with my husband and two sons. I do ghostwriting from my home and also homeschool my kiddos, so those two things keep me pretty busy. Unfortunately that means that I don't have the time for cross stitching. :( When I get more organized in my time and home, I hope that I'll be able to get back to doing cross stitching.

Anyhow, I hope everyone is doing well. I look forward to getting to know you.

Welcome Mara, from the (alas, only temporarily) sunshiney West of Scotland. I hope you check in often. We love newbies. How old are your children? Homeschooling is a huge commitment (one of my cousins homeshchooled her four...!) Teach them to stitch (fine motor control  )

Welcome Mara!
It's lovely to meet another 'home eder'. :D
I teach my two boys at home as well and neither has ever been to school.
I have only recently found time to squeeze in cross stitching, mostly by doing so early morning or late evening/night.

I hope you enjoy the forum.
