Nicola's Needlework

Post by Nicola Main »

Whilst doing a Google search for Christmas themed cross stitch kits I found a lovely chickadee by Valerie Pfeiffer wearing a Christmas hat. He was so cute I just had to have him!

I finished him yesterday so here's the finished design.

Image

I'm going to find a nice red frame for him and then send him to my sister in Australia as a Christmas present. I've now bought a set of 6 square chickadee coasters by Valerie Pfeiffer so can't wait until they come in the post

:applesauce: Adorable chickadee. They are among my favorite birds. We had one in a battle with a hummingbird one summer. Funny to watch. Your sister is going to love it, I know!
