Great progress! I love the colors of this one (if I'm repeating myself its because I really love the colors. Reminds me of a watercolor painting)

Thank you all for your lovely compliments Have since done part of his head, need to finish eye & beak this evening.
I really do love this because of the colours. Directly I saw the chart I thought the yellow iris complimented the blues & apricots of the kingfisher. When I go bottom left the marsh marigolds add a slightly darker yellow along with the very dark green leaves they have. You can just see the start of the leaves ln this pic. To the right of those, in the corner, will be white flowers. Not sure what they are. I keep thinking of wood anemones ( wind flowers) but I don't think they are.
