I loved this when I saw it. I just had to stitch it.
I'm interested in all things Titanic, a family member of mine was a fireman on the ship.
It's backstitch hell though. Wish I could show you how bad. It also has loads of French knots but after my last project this will be easy
Started this yesterday

Paul I LOVE your new project - I have a Titanic piece kitted up, but it has been shooed down the "to-do" list so I will be watching your progress very eagerly.
I am sure you will fly along with the b/s - great choice

I wanted another titanic one but sadly can't find it. The dimensions kit and when I have found it it's like £60!
I'm eager to do this one, think I will get through it quick

This is going to be fantastic and I'm so eager to see your updates on it. It looks like a real challenge but nothing you can't handle. You're an artist and magician with your needle.
I saw the other Titantic you mentioned on eBay...it is pricey but if I ever find it at a reasonable price, it's yours.

This is going to be a great project! When I have a project with a lot of backstitch (used to anyway) I found that the backstitch just made everything come to life! I also did the backstitch as I went along so that it wasn't overwhelming. With this project, each image becomes its own little finish. Just like the neverending Disney project!

This is wonderful. Last year on avisit to Belfast we went to the Titanic Museum
AMAZING. My great grandfather worked in the ship yard at the time Titanic was built. Maybe he worked on it, at leased I like to think he did .
Looking forward to your updates.
