Yay! I got it right! I love it thank you. And you did very well stitching that snowman with your left hand. :applesauce: :applesauce: Hope you get better soon. I know whet its like have a duff arm. I'm still recovering from mine, and am having to take it slow at the min. Sloew for me though means no jewellery making and lots of cross stitching! lol!

Ok i recieved my pressie today and this is what i recieved,

a needle kit with irises, a bag of different threads alsong with a dragon floss2 lots of aida and a card,,,,now because i am not a smoker it smells like someone who smokes, but since i cant tell who it is over the internet, i will have to look at something else, i was thinking something to do with the card or dragon, mmmmmmm :thinks: this is tough, but i must admit i was very pleased with what i have,,,,thank you who ever you are.

Ok i have a feeling who this is ,,,,,is it Mauveme, i could be wrong tho,

:D That is OK Serinde I used the wish list to pick the gifts that I sent to my Secret person. It was very helpful to have that list to work off of. I would have been lost with out it.

I received my gift today and I'm delighted! I got a gorgeous pair of sewing scissors in the shape of a stork - now I don't have to use the kitchen scissors anymore and I might be able to try some hardanger!

I also got 6 gorgeous DMC satins in red, yellow, green, blue, orange and purple. I was only saying the other day I planned to try these in the New Year!

Plus a pack of 4 gold needles and a beautiful unicorn crystal suncatcher and a pretty card with fairies on.

I'm over the moon with my gift and I'm sure it was Val as she sent it special delivery and part of her address was on the back; also I know unicorns are one of her favourite things.

Thank you so much, Val, I'm very happy. I'll post a photo tonight.

I am pleased you like your gifts Sarah, not so secret though  I had to put part of my address on as the post office could not send it without. Sorry you have had to wait for your pressie but i had trouble finding anything with Unicorns on. I did not have time to stitch anything  as i have been struggling to get 20 Christmas card fronts done for the babies at work and having Carple tunnel problems in both hands that is no mean feat.

Have a lovely time using your threads.

Wow, 20 cards with carple tunnel syndrome - Val, well done indeed! I was delighted with all the things anyway - I've been wanting some scissors like that for ages as well.
