ATC #8 ~Summer!!!

I like that idea, but must we use initials? If we have a short name, can we use that instead? I always go by Angel and wouldn't know whether to put DN or AN Oh, and if no one else wants to, I'm happy to host it.

Okay, maybe initials, or first name, or nickname... Something along those lines. Hmmm... I'm still new to forums, so I don't think I will offer to host on this round. Maybe the next. Angel, the job is your if everyone agrees!

How about plant life, barring the traditional floral motifs? That should provide a bit of a challenge, I imagine.

It shouldn't be too challenging though. I have no idea what would suit plant life if you can't have flowers...

I really love the idea of a sampler-style one, but barring that an initial/name theme is always good, providing you're doing either a set letter or your own initial. If we were doing the initial of the recipient, you'd have to have a definite list ahead of start-time and it would be awful if someone then pulled out and someone didn't get theirs. as a result.

I like the idea of the ABC sampler, fruit/veg or seaside.
Insects, if you are talking about butterflies or ladybirds thats ok but I did a butterfly for my Summer ATC.

Well we have done three seasons already, why not round it out with Fall.
I also like the sampler and fruit/veggie too. Decisions , dicisions.

I still haven't heard anything from maemae.
When the list of who was sending to who was first put up, I sent her my address, and she has read the message (as it is no longer in my outbox) but she hasn't replied or anything, which is a bit disappointing.

I am totally up for the next ATC and I think that initials/names would be a pretty good theme, but we should all do our own/ a set letter in case people pull out and whatnot it'll all still work nicely.

Hey guys
SO sorry about my dissapearance but I am okay. Been weird, I have been volunteering at a local homeless day shelter. Trying to help my sister find a job. Then one of my fellow charge nurses went out early on maternity leave. And then one of the staff nurse's son in law passed away in a plane crash and she has had to go to a diff state to be with her daughter and 3 year old grand son. So between work sister and volunteering its been BUSY
I have the ATC ready!! And the address I should take it by the post office on monday. Please no one hate me!!

I had an idea I think is cool... but I dunno how many people would be up for it...my suggestion is constellations...we could make up our own constellations or do something with planet/ starts?
