...And what arrived today? My stash, from Laura in NZ. You were an awesome sender. My own mom said she couldn't have picked better.

I got a nice card, 2 Dimension charts that I've actually been eyeing (Southwest Carousel and Night Eyes) a cute Lizzie Kate snippet that I really want to stitch right now it's so cute , a needle threader, some Kreinik and a cute little kiwi change purse. No, really, it has kiwi birds on it.

My camera is dead as is my phone (and Dad stole my darn charger) but I will post pictures as soon as I can.

As for the identity of my sender... I want to say Cytrix?

As promised, I stole my charger back and have sub-par cell phone pics. It washed some of the colors out a bit unfortunately, as everything is lovely and brightly colored, but you all can at least get an idea. I apologize for the out of focus quality. I'm afraid my hands shake quite badly.

My Lizzie Kate chart. I was tempted to use the DMC colors but I'm thinking something this cute needs the over-dyed colors:


My Southwestern Carousel horse chart:


My Night Eyes wolf chart. This one will most likely be stitched twice as I had to retrieve it from my mom's clutches twice. :


And last but not least, my very cute card, Kiwi purse, Kreinik, and needle threader. All will most certainly be put to good use:

Hurray! My Stashmas gift arrived today

I got a beautifully stitched card, two pieces of 28 count fabric (marble effect pink lugana and light blue jazlyn), loads of gorgeous sparkly dmc flosses (very christmassy and I'm going to love stitching with them), some gold needles (which I promise I will not lose!) and some memory thread, which I've not had any experience with but will enjoy playing with.

Oooh, lovely -- let us know what you think of the memory thread, I've heard of it but never worked with it!
