Bartram needed a horn-cut as I wasn't happy with my stitches, but he's been given a new one and I'm getting on with the couching on his fleece. Trina is getting on well too - another shared stitching session is scheduled for next week!

He's a magnificent one of a kind.

I've done more of his curls, and hope to finish him when Trina and I have a final stitching session on Wednesday. I thought you might like to see a close-up of how the overlaid curls are done:

Yes, with the doouble thread that is being couched kept deliberately "loose" in between the couching stitches for a fluffy look.

So bright and colourful I love him.

The curls are really adding the finishing touch.
