Kuschelschaf, did you see the pics? I think I just posted them before you posted about my not posting pics yet and I wouldn't want you to miss them as your presents look so festive and Stashmassy!
By the way, two of the shades of silk fitted in perfectly with some series I already had ! (and the puple may well become a series of its own...)

I agree about the petite needles. Regulars are hard for me to use now I'm used to the petites. And I absolutely agree with Mabel's DH. Darth Kitty is a wonderful name. Does he or she live up to it?

Darth Kitty is the evil Dark Lord of the Feline Sith... Actually, he's all heart!!! I got him a Death Star pet den and he's afraid of it! I was like "dude... you built this! You can't be afraid of it..." Actually, it's funny. When I first met Darth Kitty as a stray (he and I both were strays) My best friend referred to him as Miss Kitty (like from Gunsmoke). When I took him to the vet, we found out he was actually a Mr. Kitty, but I didn't like that and I called him CATlin Jenner.... Since you know, he went from female to male in a matter of moments. DH said he wouldn't live with a cat named after Bruce Jenner...

I'm glad you liked everything! It was so much fun shopping for you! My husband picked out the other colors (I chose the purple) because they were "fun" as he said. LOL

So I opened or was helped by my little man to open my gifts! We had a lot of fun I will have to post pics later. My hubby was gone all weekend so I had my boy all by myself so it was a little overwhelming with my disability and a little boy not necessarily listen to mommy.
So I got an awesome linen towel with a map of scotland on it (I believe hubby and I are going hang it in the wall) I also received several post cards about Scotland. I had fun explaining what post cards are to my 5 year old son. One was of the Loch Ness Minster so he has decided that he wants to feed “Nessie†apples lol. And some lovely fabric and threads.

You can NEVER have too many cross stitch patterns!
I wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH MABEL. The bag is so lovely. And I cant wait to get started in the design. As soon as I have time to get on a computer I'll send pictures! Of everything
I'm sorry I didnt respond earlier. I've had both children I'll with a cold or something...either way it's making their noses run, and had a fever, and the sneezing. The four month old cant cover his nose of mouth so SNOT everywhere when he sneezes...then just when. They were about to subside my husband came down with it and he was worse then BOTH of the two children.
If anyone uses Whatsapp, pm me to connect.

so I promiswd a photo and I am sorry it had taken so long. this is honestly the first chance I have had to breathe and sit down and do something for myself. And I still need to start wrapping Christmas presents I am running out of places to hide them.! Well enough about that!!
Coirs, I absolutely my gift I need to figure out a special pattern to stitch on that beautiful fabric. Those postcards are just to lovely to put away some where so I am thinking about finding a frame that I can hang next to the exquisite linen map of Scotland (I know you said we could use it for our dishes but it is too charming for that). The threads are also a nice treat.
