Why didn't I do that one!? There's LOTS of backstitch to do in mine!

But yours is looking terrific, Sarah! Love it!

Ally, it's fairly straight forward to do - there are two blended colours, but hardly any fractional stitches and not much backstitch.

The worst thing I found was that the chart in the book (if you've got the same one I have) is virtually impossible to read because it's colour blocks with symbols in as well and some are really dark. OH has scanned it for me, lightened it and printed it off for me so I can read it better and I'm also able to mark with felt pens what I've done so I can easier keep track of it and not spoil the book!

I've been able to crack on a bit quicker now as Si has scanned, enlarged, lightened and printed the chart for me. It was a horrible colour block one with symbols on top of each colour block, dark colours and ina glossy book so I could only see it well enough in broad daylight (which we haven't had much of). But now I can see it properly AND mark where I've been on the copy so it's much quicker to do now.

I hardly know what to do without my phone and stitching at work  Still, I'm pretty much busy all the time anyway, now I know what I'm doing, so I don't need them to play with anymore. At least the days go quickly!

I worked on this again tonight - there's really not all that much left to do so I was eager to get a bit closer to the end. There's only one foot and his tail left now and the last bit of border.
