I too have heard about the deliberate error the Amish have in their quilts.
I taught myself to crochet years ago, but for one reason or another gave it up. I think I would have to "re- learn" now!

Love the wee pink blanket and the new one is looking lovely too :)

Crochet is easy. Much more so than knitting, I think.

We're going to a Jubilee Fun Day tomorrow and Xan announced (at bedtime, no less!) that he would really really like a special Jubilee badge to wear. Of course, I couldn't say no to that request, so I stitched this little badge up tonight on plastic canvas and have attached it to the RAF lanyard sent to him by Uncla Caz. I really hope he likes it!

Well, his reaction to the badge this morning was to audibly gasp and then say, "I love it!" and put it straight on, so I'm pleased. :) He has worn it on and off all day. :)
