That is amazing. Truly amazing.
I have to agree, it does make you smile.

More funny nature/animal photographs on the BBC news site (don't think you'll need to sign in or up for this).

Definitely fun. Love the lizard on a lizard.

Now that's beyond bizarre. Aggressive Bunnies?!?!
I've always thought of them as cat food.

Richard

Think of medieval bunnies as today's urban proletariat. With much the same end result, apart from yur aktual pot.

Re: 2025 The Smile for Today
This brought an ironic smile to my face:
Poundland (the shop famous for selling things for £1) was sold for £1 yesterday. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c36594lr29ko. I wonder if it was a good buy?

Richard

Oh, very good. Don't suppose this is in the commons domain, by any chance?

Re: 2025 The Smile for Today
I have a feeling I'm missing a pun
or do you mean out of copyright? I'm afraid I got it from a friend who shared it on FB

No pun. I'd just love to be able to print this in our local news magazine. We haven't had a comic for a while.

Re: 2025 The Smile for Today
Ah, I see. Odd isn't it, I'm usually really good about copyright
but I hadn't really thought of it with these things - they just seem to swirl around the internet.
This one is from, I think, a tweet (or whatever they are called now) and therefore presumably fair game:

(Shared by a fellow member on a Flanders & Swann group, referring to Michael Flanders' monologue about a Neolithic man complaining about the building works going on nearby, which turns out to be Stonehenge - in it he says "they’ve started cutting out these white horses in the hillside now, have you seen that? I dunno, it’s some sort of ad for mead, I think. They don’t call ‘em the beaker folk for nothing you know")
