Betsy Bunny

Post by Angel »

This is the mini project I leave at my parents house for when I forget my stitching. I forgot to take a photo of it last time I worked on it so I took a photo before starting on it today as I did bring all my stitching stuff to work on my forever friends bear, but I forgot my chart, so I'm working on this again today.

Ah, a design in every port! Very wise!

This is a really good start. What are you stitching it on? It looks like paper or vylene or something in the photo.

Yep, at least you are never without a stitching project. :D
I was wondering what you're stitching it on as well? :thinks:

Is it plastic canvas your using?

Would love to see a pic of what she's going to look like when she's done :)

Plastic canvas is my guess -- and who would have thought you'd choose a bunny to stitch :-). Looking forward to the progress pics!

Yep it's plastic canvas. It's only a few inches square. Only another three white tiles across. I have a progress picture to come...when I remember where I put my phone.

Looking good! Is the entire background going to be filled in with the black and white checkerboard?

Aw, it looks cute Angel. :applesauce:
Is this your first time on plastic canvas? I've never tried it myself, is it nice to use?
What are you going to do with Betsy when you finish her?

Yeah, it's my first time on plastic canvas. I don't like it much though, but it has it's uses.

I don't know what I'm going to do with her. I bought her because she was a little kit that I thought would be great to leave at mums house as I keep forgetting things to take.
