Little bit excited I have to say. Just bought some threads of Amazon to do some of my mini projects. 3-5 days delivery just seems so long :(

I agree Carladee.

I have just ordered one of my next projects, a Silver Wedding Anniversary kit for my parents next year.
Both me and my sister are completing one and putting them in a frame made by my Husband.

Can't wait for it to arrive :tantrum:

Waiting is hard, isn't it? I'm not a patient person by nature so the wait is even worse for me. Strange though...when it comes to my stitching, I have endless patience.

What a fantastic anniversary gift...they'll treasure it!!

I am naturally patient but this is killing me. Yea I'm patient when stitching and can do it for hours.

I hope they will, its been difficult keeping it from them.

It all depends on the project sometimes I will do some of it as I go and sometimes I wait until the end. Whatever feels right to you. Also depends on if you like the BS or if it is your enemy.

I agree with Rose. As long as the stitched surround the backstitching are complete, you can do it as you go. Since I am not a huge fan of backstitching, I usually do it as I go, especially on big, backstitch-intensive projects.
