OT: Spreading kindness...Check out this movement

Post by SunnyDay »

I was invited to the following event and accepted gladly as it speaks to me. It has gotten popular enough that they have created a page on facebook and I thought many of you might be interested. It is an event challenging us to do 12 acts of kindness on 12-12-12 and better yet, to continue to do so all year long. If so please follow this link to the page and join the event. Have fun and hope everyone is doing well.

I have finally be cleared by the doctor to begin stitching within reason and computer usage is allowed as long as I don't sit for too long. I should be in touch a bit more though with the busy holidays coming I still may not be checking in as much as I would like. I miss talking with all of you though so I will try and pop in now and then.

I am very interested. I bet 12 is easier to do than one might think.
You've been unwell? Hope it wasn't anything too serious and you are 100% soon. I am only back to stitching a couple of weeks ago after a couple of health matters prevented 2 years of stitching. Take it easy to start.
And thank you again for this link and for your early act of kindness.
Cheers :wine:

Glad you are feeling much better and have permissions to compute and stitch... but does your GP understand that the concept of "within reason" doesn't go with the actuality of "stitching"?? :thinks: :P
