My wonderful gift has arrived. I am really overwhelmed, because it is a fantastic gift and I feel it's too much. Look:

Image

I got 5 different types of fabric, plus a small Aida-bag you can stitch on. Also, variegated threads, perfumed threads, satin threads, fuorescent and pearlescent threads (never even heard of the last one before) and a madeira Glissengloss, all in lovely colours. And a bag of wonderful pearls and some needles, too. I forgot to photograph the cute Beefeater fridge magnet - because it's already on my fridge :). And there was also a beautiful card and a lovely bookmark from Leicester.

Now, this last item must be the clue - but I am not sure since there are more than one of you from that area. I am guessing my secret sender was either Janet (minij) or Kute Kitty. ?????

Thank you so much! This is really a most thoughtful and beautiful gift.

Your sender was originally Maggs, but as her gift unfortunately went astray in the wonderful international postage system, minij very kindly sent out a replacement for you :)

My lovely stashmas present arrived last week from Kute Kitty. Thank you so much, it was a lovely surprise and as I wasn't feeling well last week, it really cheered me up. I got some postcards, a lovely DMC Deco kit and some gorgeous variegated threads. I'm trying not to have any more WIPs without finishing something, but I've got to say I'm really struggling not to start 'Flowers Of The Field' right away :D :D :D

Thanks Caz, it was very kind of you to do this
