HAED - Witching Hour - FINISHED!!!!!! 9.25.10

Well - at long last - I have started my first HAED - or should I say I have started my love affair with BLUE! I am soooo excited to finally be working on this - I'm going to try and rotate this with another new project (another SAL will be posted soon) and an existing UFO. This one is for my mom.

Here is a link to what the finished piece should look like - and then a link of my current progress. I am stitching this on the recommended 25 count and i have chosen to use 2 strands of floss and a full x.

I love the expression on that cat! Good timing too since Halloween is just around the corner. Great progress so far, look forward to seeing more :applesauce:

What a fantastic chart, I just love the cat’s hat. :P I'm sure it’s going to look magnificent and with a great start. You really will have to love blue a lot to get through it :P

(If only I had thought about this 17 years ago, I could possibly have had this finished for her 18th birthday on Saturday!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: )

I love this one, great start on it, although I didn't realise it was that blue!! looked more grey in the picture of the artwork...?

You are correct - there is quite a bit of grayish color throughout - but the colors that require several skeins are blue - and gray/blue.
