Hi all

I'm new here so if I do a bad please let me know! I do manga characters & would really like to talk to others who do the same kind of thing. I have a myspace (same name as here) with a few examples & an ongoing work in progress. I'd value comments.

Welcome to the forum. We are nice to newbies, and don't mind bads. In fact, I would say that we often are naughty ourselves... :)
We used to have a member, Inuyashagirl, who loved manga and that sort of thing and she did try to educate us during her stay here!
Anyway, have fun!

Hi wilmasews, welcome to the forum from the North west of England.

Your manga work sounds great fun, you will have to post some on the gallery so we can have a look. :)

Welcome aboard and don't be afraid of a slip we all do that and no one gets to out of line correcting our course. We love everyone new and old and welcome all with open arms.

Don't have the time right now to peek at your character but I will. If you can post some in the gallery here that would be great.

Hi and welcome!

My eldest likes manga and anime, but I've never seen them in cross-stitch. They must be very colourful.
A stitch in time is my idea of a perfect day!

Can't wait to see your work. I like manga stuff, I've never stitched any tho. I do have 2 manga shirts I love!! Glad you on the site, we all very friendly and quite nutty!

I have a myspace so I'll go and 'add you' now!

Your manga cross stitch is really great. Big projects, but so worth it when the outcome is as good as yours!!

Thanks Ekidna. I tried to post a couple of things on the gallery here but it wouldn't let me. Apparently the files were either too big or corrupted. They went on myspace though. More work needed I think

I use photobucket to resize my pics to the right size for the gallery. It's a bit of a pfaff but the sizing is right.

You just go to edit and then you can resize to "website, email" size which is the size for this forum.

Hope that helps!
