I decided to one thread for my SAL's as I am not good at taking regular photos and posting updates.

This has taken me all week, I am off work recouperating.

I have alot of backstitching to do, the shading is just half stitch and fairly quick and easy and then I shall do the puppies.

and i have completed the first one. the photo is not good, it is too light.



These ones, I will frame together with black frame as per the picture.

They are my two I am doing now. I still have another 2 weeks off work so I think some great progress should be made.

Great progress for one week - I'm glad to see that you're making good use of your recuperation time! This is a very unique design, and I'm looking forward to seeing the final version.

I the wren, I was a bit undecided on whether I liked the design when it was released, but seeing it stitched I'm definitely warming to it.

I started Cat at the garden door today, I shall post pictures in the next few days. I did a bit more of the outlining and shading on the lady. The outlining is quite tiring, so much concentration..so little brains.

I am also doing perfect patio at the moment, have only done a bit but those are my WIP's for this year I am hoping to finish. I'm doing my xmas stuff in between...a few cards and small gifts..mainly one day jobs.

I love the lady too, I emailed it to my friend who said she is very glamourous and I replied "just like me"
