Hi im Sammie, im 16 and ive been stitching for about a year and a half, I would love to hear from anyone who is around my age and is fairly new to cross stitching x x

well you are half my age, and I have over 20 years exp.
I'm 31 and started around age 10..

Welcome . It's nice to see young people keeping up the craft. I think there are some young stitchers in the group and I am sure they will let you know who they are. And I have been stitching for more than 15 years

Hi Sammie, welcome to the forum. I've only been stitching for a few years, but am a LOT older than you. Feel free to ask anything and I'm sure somebody here will be able to help you.

but don't be put off. We can all learn from each other. I think it's great that 'the young' still love doing craft work. What are you working on?

Welcome! I'm only slightly (I suppose) older than you, approaching 22 rapidly. Not really sure if this qualifies as around your age or not...
