hey all! did you see hubby's finished winnie the pooh?!?! very proud of him as it is his biggest and most adventurous piece to date and he has been working on it for 2 and a half years!!! :wub: :wub: :wub:

hey all,

just a couple of updates for you. i'm on the backstitch now, which i don't normally mind cos i love to see the definition it brings out ... but the silver swirls around the edge of tink are DRAGGING!

I've gotta finish it before the 16th - the recipients birthday!!

think i need some encouragement (and/or a kick up the bum and a firm telling off :lol: )

hi all,

i actually finished this over a week ago, but have been so engrossed in my new project and keeping my mind off food that i hadn't thought about actually putting the last few photos up! (ooops!)

the lovely recipient opened it in London on her birthday trip to see her boyfriend (she's at Uni in Plymouth so they met in the middle) and she sent me a very nice text to tell me she adored it, so smiles all round! :D :D :D :D :D yay!
