Driving in the Maritimes

My best friend who moved to the east coast (New Brunswick)in June was driving back from
Fredericton in the evening. Transports were lined up in the Hwy. and trafic was slowing, she noticed the truck had hit a bear, however the back half of the bear was still in her lane and she ran over it. Luckily no damage was done to her van but the machanic was pulling bear meat out of her undercarrage as he was installing new shocks!!! Needless to say she now has put a ban on night driving.
