It's great to see how it's come along, I was picturing the verse inside the hoop for some reason but it all makes sense now :) Am waiting for your finished picture......

It looks great. And you are another one that just speeds through your projects. *More jealousy*

To comment on the fabric again, which Mabel and TB and I were musing over on the first page of this thread, I've decided it's definitely Rustico Aida - I've just seen some on Sew & So's website and it's exactly the same. It comes in 14, 16 and 18 count and in two shades - "oatmeal" and "wheat". I think mine is oatmeal. Anyway, at least I know where I can get some more for the future! I really loved working on this fabric - so soft and pliable, but at the same time strong enough to keep my tension nice without using a frame. Perfect.

Final photo to follow shortly - will be leaving work in a minute to go home.

Thank you, everyone, for the lovely comments. I really enjoyed stitching this one.

Mind you, I really enjoy stitching all my projects. This one had lots of lovely colours in it though. And it gave me a bit of a practise at sewing beads on.

It's come out beautifully, with the web and the lettering -- great project! And it does go very well with the fabric, doesn't it?

Yes, I thought the fabric was perfect for it. I'd never even seen Rustico before, but I'll definitely be buying some for future projects now I've tried it!
