Thanks everyone - and it is addictive, Mabel!

Here's the next update after about 3 hours stitching Thursday night. Most of what I did was confetti stitches and filling in of the koi's face and fins.

The only thing superglue sticks is..its own lid on..
Cats were considered gods in Ancient Times..they haven't forgotten this.

Gilbert's got 750cc actually. Don't think I'm far off though, :lol: I put in my "look what I'm getting for Xmas" thread that I actually counted stitches this morning. Only a single colour, but I did 235 stitches in an hour. Can't imagine I'll get anywhere near that on the HAED though - loads of colour changes and 25 count fabric... eek!

I'm back on with the Koi after a 10-day break. Managed to get a few hours done today and I've finished the little bit of the second fish's body on the left side of the pic which hangs over onto the page of chart I'm working from and I'm now half way through the two fins on the right hand side. I can't wait to get onto the bottom left hand section of the chart and finish this fish, he's only got half a face!
