Woow, I love this design Sarah :D Has very much an oriental theme going on and I love the colours

You've stitched loads already aswell, it looks stunning :applesauce:

I was reading the earlier pages of this thread and will totally agree with the whole "fish have personalities" aswell! I use to own the 2 most cutest, friendly and cheeky puffer fish :D I use to love how they'd follow me when I walked from one side to the other of the tank and also how they would tilt while staring at me as if they were tilting their heads :D Bless them

Rose, it's actually not varigated thread, it's 32 different regular Anchor colours, just lots of very similar shades. Looks varigated though, doesn't it? Almost wish it was - then I might not have to change colour every 2 stitches, hehehe.

I haven't done as much as I'd like this time - only spared a couple of hours Monday evening as my Mum just announced the craft fair I'm making jewellery for has been brought forward a week so she needs my stuff this weekend. Aggghhhh! So I spent most of the evening making new keyrings. I did get the koi's fins finished though, and started completing his face.

Thanks, Busy, I hope so too! Each item is in a little gauze gift bag and I've put a card in each bag with the web address, as Simon has nearly finished the website now. The home page is even online and it looks great, he's so good at designing websites.

I've been networking as well. At work this morning my stationery supplier rang up as I'd said I would give her an order this week and I told her about the jewellery. She says she works with 300 people and if I email her a flier she will print loads off and hand them round. How nice of her! I've been telling my lads at work as well so hopefully some of them might buy something for their wives/girlfriends for Christmas!

I started making a necklace this morning so will probably be busy doing some more tonight, but I'll still manage to get a bit more done on the Koi, I hope!

Well, despite still being busy with the jewellery I managed to finish the first fish tonight and start on the other one's head, so here's the next pic....
