Beautiful cake. Not only are you teasing all of us, but you're torturing your daughter!!! She is a beautiful little girl. What a precious face!! Are you sure she will leave that cake alone until tomorrow????

adorable cake! I'm sure we have something similar in the US. I usually don't look for anything like that though. My mom and I have been doing cakes for family/friends/co-workers for about 18 years now (  more than half my life). We make our own buttercream icing with crisco, butter, margarine, vanilla, and powdered sugar. I've been eating/using this one so long that I can't eat the icing on cakes you get at the store.

I'm sure your daughter will adore the cake!! I always think homemade cakes are more special than ones bought at the store. Maybe that's why we get so many orders. :thinks: :thinks:

It's a compliment. Store cakes are made again and again and again about fifty times until the design is perfected and then they start selling it which is why they look so good. He's saying yours looks so good it could be sold en mass. Bad cakes can't be which is why the designs are altered about fifty times. neh?
