Yeah, I know that feeling well. I had depression which caused insomnia which caused me to get that feeling, and as I say my best friend was insane. The fridge and the toaster wanted to rape her. So it's best to stop that feeling because I've seen first hand what can happen if you do loose it.

They had better sort you out. Have you tried natural remedies as well as medical ones? Two of the most common reasons I don't sleep are:
My mind is still active even though my body is exhausted
My mind is exhausted but my body is not

Meditation, lavander and excercise before sleeping are all very good and worth a try once.

Pft, if Angel minded thread hijacking Angel wouldn't participate (unless someone was actually telling her what to do, then she'd argue).
I'd have to back Angel up on this one. The more natural the remedy, the better.
It always makes me laugh that the drug companies list a massive range of side effects, and only one actual effect. It's a bit like "we're going to hit you all over with a big stick -the side effects might be broken limbs, bleeding and death, but the effect is that you won't notice your toothache any more".
One good thing, which does help with sleep to some extent, is Reiki. It's completely natural and is superb for soothing and alleviating discomfort. There's probably somewhere near you where you could get some, and often people don't charge very much for it. I'd heartily recommend it - I've been a Reiki practitioner for the best part of a decade and it's good stuff. With no side effects! :D

Can I jump in here, too? Meditative techniques are very helpful (not hippyish at all, and practiced by many different groups for thousands of years -- so there must be something to it, I suspect!). Tai chi is a system of movements and relaxations. Takes a bit of time to learn to do, but even while you are learning there are benefits. It's definitely worth checking out. 4 billion chinese ladies can't all be wrong! :P

Yeah, Lynn told me it was really good, but I don't know anywhere that does it or anyone that does it.

"use the force" and you'll find it.
Reiki's funny like that. If you need it, just ask the Universe and before you know it you'll bump into someone who knows someone...

Highly unlikely because I know other forms of self healing that seem to be quite effective, the universe is more likely to respond "Get you're finger out and go meet your sister is you want reiki, until then do it yourself" :P

Maybe you should it.
It's good stuff and if everyone did it, they'd think a lot differently about life and such matters.

Except the people who do it generally already think that way and that's why they're open to it, and if you don't then you won't.

The latest series of Housewives has just started in the States and it's good.
Everything's five years on... Plenty of shocks in store.

That starts next week here. I just watched the end of the other season where Catherine shot her ex and they all lied to the police to cover for her. I thought that was brilliant! |Especially as they were never close to Catherine.

Doesn't Gabby look plain now she has kids?

Plain in a sort of "you know she's still a hottie" kind of way.
Bit like Ugly Betty.
She's ugly. But not very.

I don't think ugly betty is very pretty. She's kinda cute, but not in her looks, in her personality. Which is probably better. Makes me wonder what happened to Gabby though. She's always been vain.

I like Bree best. She is by far my favourite!

Oooh guess what? I got to work today and my boss told me that his mum was well impressed with this project! She'd seen it out when she was last here and he'd forgotten to tell me. What a way to start the day ^_^
