I have another little guy finish. This is October Eves by Just Nan. I changed “October” to “Autumn” in case you’re wondering why it’s called October Eves rather than Autumn Eves. It came with a a pumpkin charm that’s supposed to be on the middle fence, but I chose to leave it off because it’s an angry looking pumpkin - too angry for this design, in my opinion. I started it on 10/6/22 and finished this afternoon. It’s stitched on 28 count new khaki lugana. (The crows are stitched 1x1. Yay for lighted magnifiers.)

I love your "little guys" and this one is no exception. In general I don't add the little charms etc that come with kits and understand why you left an "angry pumpkin" off what is a delightful picture of a cool autumn eve.

Thanks. I’ve had the chart for a very long time and I’m glad I finally moved it to the front of my other projects. The colors are just dreamy and I loved every stitch.

Progress on the Mount Rushmore piece. I’d like to finish it this week…it might be possible. At least the eyes aren’t creepy anymore…but now Roosevelt’s mouth is.

I think at the rate you're stitching you will have this done soon. The eyes aren't creepy, but I do agree with Serinde that Jefferson seems to be amused by something. I went and looked at a photo of Mount Rushmore and was surprised at how different the perspective is from different
angles. (I've never been there. It must be awesome in person) I expect Teddy's mouth will look more normal when his mustache grows.

It is really amazing how it changes from different angles. It's such a massive work of art and is awe-inspiring to see in person. I knew how big it was but it still took my breath away when I saw it.
