Oh dear, Mabel, you have been put through some nasty health issues this year.
I do hope that you can get a diagnosis and treatment asap.

Oh, no! I’m sorry your parts aren’t working as they should, but I’m glad you’re getting the help and treatment you need.

I started getting tingly feet about 10 years ago and the works physio introduced me to soaking my feet in a bowl of hot water. I can remember my granny doing that but I must admit it did wonders. The physio also introduced me to wearing bed gloves and socks  if it is cold and they helped.

I hope the hospital can give you suitable exercises to help your arm/shoulder movement

The FBI (Forum Bureau of Investigation) is currently seeking the whereabouts of your misplaced stitchy bug. We have interviewed the unicorns as well as contacting our agent in Grackle Central, that hotbed of gossip and intrigue. Be assured that we will do our utmost to facilitate your reunion as soon as possible.

In the meantime, my Dr's first thought regarding tingling fingers was not enough Vitamin B of all sorts. Women often have Vit B deficiencies, apparently. But a thorough MOT is much the best thing to get to the bottom of things.
