HAED wrong PDF? (SOLVED)

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue? The chart dimensions on the PDF don’t match the full size chart or even the mini. I ordered the full. Anyone know if they’re open on weekends?

Was hoping to start it tonight but guess not.

Don't understand when you say the chart dimensions don't match the full size chart? I would think you can contact someone on the week-end. remember the time differences though. I think that you are 8 hours ahead of them in Oregon. Michelle has always been great in replying, but its been years since I have made any contact with them. There is a FB page but I haven't been to it in years also (I don't do FB except when we have problems with the forum and people can't get in).

I had ordered the chart and it was supposed to be 625x780 but the PDF dimensions are 300x375. Hoping I get a response today.

I wonder if they sent you a completely different PDF. I never had that happen, but I'm sure it could. Hope you hear back soon. Are you planning on gridding your fabric?

No plans for that. Just going to work from the center out. Seeing as it’s a huge piece I want to make sure I’m good so I’ll go from the center rather than the first page like they suggest. Spent enough on this huge fabric. Lol
