I finished this little guy yesterday. It’s Star Gazing, a Margaret Sherry design from Bothy Threads. It will be a card when it grows up. :-) The chart called for a single strand of the gold for the lettering, but I doubled it (because I didn’t like the single strand effect).

I am beginning to want to make cross stitch Christmas cards the problem is I am not sure my family would appreciate them. The pictures for the cards are so nice maybe they should be considered equally as decorations to be brought out each year.

I stitched this Frony Ritter Designs series for my kids last year, and my sister asked me to stitch them for her. I just finished the first one: Frosty Wishes You a Safe Chrsitmas. it’s stitched on 28 count linen.
