Y'all. It's been for-frickin-ever. Looking at my posts, it seems like I popped in for a second in 2017 to brag about my (QS) HAED finish, but didn't stick around...

This place has been on my mind lately - maybe because I've got another (Mini) HAED finish - maybe quarantine's got me feeling isolated again. Whatever the reason, this space was always a ray of sunshine and joy, and I've been thinking about you a lot. So, I'm back!

I figured I'd make one post with the old avatar, in case that's familiar to anyone. It's making me laugh, though, since I chopped all that hair off in ... 2015? I've moved across the country a couple times, recently become an aunt, and switched careers.

I also changed my name irl - from Megan to Imogen. Thinking about rebranding here as well, so I might make a new account and update my username, but either way:

PS- Yes, I know I'm a terrible tease about my Mini HAED finish. I need to pick a new image hosting site, but I promise I'll post pics soon!

This has so made my day!! Reinvention is a thing, after all, and new names are, well, new... it's just wonderful to have you back among us -- and I hope that you will not just pop off again, but hang around, please. If only because you ARE such a tease and we DO want to see this new HAED you have tantalised us with. Yeah, quarantines have been hard for a lot of people, but here, in the Covid-19-free-zone that is the CCF, we are free to congregate as we please.

Now. I'm sitting here on our upgraded magic couch (my old bones couldn't take long spells on the benches anymore). Waiting.

Welcome back, Imogen! It is so wonderful to see you posting again. Whether you continue with this user name or not, we will certainly call you Imogen which is a lovely name. This thread, Posting Pictures Into a Thread, explains how to use Postimage, which is a website many of us switched to when Photobucket stopped being free. I find it very easy to use, but there are other websites available also. Looking forward to seeing your updates and so glad that you are back!!!

I've posted all my stuff in the SAL section - a finish, a fresh start, and some smalls. I can't wait to get caught up on what everyone else is stitching now!
