It's that time of year again

Post by Kuschelschaf »

Stashmas is right around the corner! :whoop:  Where did the summer go? :tizzy: Each year seems to go by faster than the years before it.

I am so unready for that. Just wanting to get through this first week of September! But you are right, its time to start thinking about it.

Speaking of this first week of September, are you ready for the big D?

I am. They had mandatory evacuations here, so DH and I went to Maryland until maybe until Friday? I'm hoping we don't get hit too hard... :?

Great heavens "that time of year again" where did it all go to. Oh well I guess we will get there on time again only much sooner than one realised it I guess.

You both, along with any other members of the CSF who are in line for the big storm, take lots of care and be careful for goodness sake.

Didn't want to post in the official sign-up post because I don't want to clutter it up with a non-sign-up, but just to say Stashmas is brilliant but unfortunately I will have to opt out this year :-( . I've just got too much going on between now and the end of the year, and I'm feeling fairly overwhelmed already. Not that it's an enormous effort to take part, it isn't, but it's just Yet Another Thing To Have To Think Of.

However, if you've never participated and are wondering about doing so, I can highly recommend it, it's great to find presents for your "victim" :-) and really exciting to open your own on Stashmas!

I too am an unlikely starter this year. I will be away on the other side of Aus visiting family over there at about time some of the deadlines fall. I will think about it in a few days. To me it seems far too soon to start thinking about Christmas stuff before the 2 important birthdays happen during October. A very busy year one way and another.

I do hope there is a big turn out for Stashmas this year as it really is a lot of fun. Enjoy it all who sign up.
