It's Stashmas Time Again!!!

In just a few days, Debby (fccs) will be posting the sign up and wish list threads for this year's Stashmas! For those of you who are unfamiliar with this fantastic and special event, only available to members of this forum, this thread Stashmas FAQ's in the Exchange section, gives you all the information you need. This is so much fun and I do hope we get a lot of members participating this year. No requirement as to how long you have been here. The only requirement for participating is that you
have fun!!!!

If you have any questions you can ask them here or pm me (rcperryls) or Debby (fccs). Most of the information is in the Exchange Section and if you are curious about how previous Stashmas exchanges have gone before feel free to check out the last few years' threads there.

Oh I am so in. It has been a L O N G 5 years and looking forward to this just might tempt my stitch bug to fully return and help me figure out some creative ways to work around the lack of the full use of my left hand.

Less than two weeks left to sign up for Stashmas. For those who have celebrated with us before but haven't signed up yet, please do. For those who haven't taken part before, I hope you'll join us. It's easy and fun, and with a maximum budget to follow, it should be relatively inexpensive. Sometimes the most expensive part is international postage. If that's holding you back, you can tell us exactly where you would send.

A comment I seem to read year after year, as we share pictures of our Stashmas gifts, is, "Oh, I wish I had joined." It's fun to find out who your recipient is and start shopping (or going through you own stash). When your gift arrives, the anticipation builds until December 1st (when we all open our gifts). Next comes the fun of being able to share with everyone what your gift was. So come on, join in on the celebration. Stashmas is a holiday we can all celebrate.

Don't put off signing up! Time goes by quickly and before you know it, it will be too late to join the fun and festivities of our own very special Holiday event! The more the merrier!

On the first day of Stashmas my sender sent to me
A skein of purple plied silk
On the second day of Stashmas my sender sent to me
Two plastic bobbins
And a skein of purple plied silk...

Oh really Serinde, no you'll have us all trying to supply the other items - all together now: fiiiiiive wooden hoops!
