Thanks everybody. Hes almost 3 weeks now and we are working on getting at least 1 5 hour sleep a day.... since birth he grew 2.5 inches me peditriction tells me that should slow down, but hes only gained .75 of a pound.

Glad to hear your little one is doing well Hoe you can get bit more sleep soon - so tiring when they are that tiny. Enjoy him as he will soon grow. Baby years fly but every milestone is a memory forever..

Sounds like he's thriving. The best advice I was given when my eldest boy was born was to become a totally bohemian hippy chick. Just relax into it and forget about clocks and schedules -- Declan can't read, after all, and everyone is new to this being alive and a baby thing that's goin' down. Oh, and sleep when he sleeps. That's your only cast-iron rule. Visitors? On two conditions: they pick a time to suit YOU and they make their own drinks (and one for you). Bringing you all something for supper is a bonus and to be encouraged.
