Love it myself and the colour is gorgeous. Well Done Linda. Your knitting needles sure have been red hot lately :)

That's why I like using larger needles, doesn't take as long to knit up. Used 6mm on this one. Have some yarn I have had for a while and am using it to knit up another one. This one will be beige, goes with more than the purple. (it looked grey in the picture and it was named oyster so it was a surprise when I got it lol , now I realized that the oyster is a beige colour but the shell is a dark greyish colour, confused me )

Beautifully knitted sweater, Linda, and it has got pockets! :D
I love the purple colour but the beige will go with everything, as you say. Good pattern, which one is it?

Yes, I love pockets. It's an old, very old, Leisure Arts #697 (1988-that old  ). It has three sweaters to knit regular to plus sizes , which is why I got it-from somewhere.

Thank you :D
I love when I find a pattern, which I actually like, once I knitted the sweater. Like you, it becomes my "go-to" pattern.

After I have done the beige one, am going to experiment with a pattern, thought a basket weave would be interesting, or a seed or double seed.
