The guelder rose fairy is finished




One photo is without beads, the design is originally lots of French knots but it'd have taken me another 15 years lol

I think the beads are lovely and add a bit of sparkle that you wouldn't have got with French knots. Great finish!

Yes I must admit this has lamented in the pile for several years. Lots of things put it off. Having another child, doing a degree, losing my husband and general life.
Funnily enough the daughter no longer wants the fairy put up although she likes it.
Max to pacify me said he would have it put up in his room
