Needle Needs frames...a Positive!!

Now I've read so many bad reviews about Needle Needs BUT!!!....

I was looking for a small frame and wondered if their little Wizard frame was still available, it's not! I emailed them Tuesday asking. Mean time I looked at Quantum Frames from Estonia. Similar concept, not quite as pretty. Very nearly bought a small one from them.
THEN I had an email from Marisa at Needle Needs yesterday afternoon, saying that she thought that they might have one left and to phone.
Did that, which is how I know that they don't have any. An alternative (and cheaper) suggestion was made to buy a pair of 8" bars to fit my existing Millennium frame. I didn't know they made that size! The list isn't in size order.

So I paid and they were sent yesterday...should be with me soon!

I have to say the I have Never had a problem with Needle Needs, but then I've always done my purchases by phone. Yes, I had to wait for my Aristo Stand and Millennium frame, but when I bought an additional set of 16" bars they were in stock and sent out immediately.

Lovely to hear of good customer service! At one point I'd rather hoped to get the mini frame but obviously it wasn't to be. Are the 8" bars the side ones or the top & bottom scrollers?

Top & Bottom scrollers. I nearly bought the 10" as well, but decided to see how I got on with the smaller first.

 WOW! So glad to hear that you had quick customer service with them.

I tried very hard to be understanding of the fact that it is in fact a very small "mom and pop shop", however, as an international customer and not having international calling, I just couldn't deal with the complete and utter lack of communication AND the 7 month waiting period. If it's going to take 7 months, fine.....but keep your customer informed so they don't think you've run off with their money!

:whoop: :whoop: My 8" bars got here on Friday!! Not bad delivery time from order, seeing that they had to be made for me!
I have yet to use them but they are as smooth and as well made as the rest of the kit. :D
