I'm still stitching away my black floss and when I think I'm done with black I inspect my charts and I discover more black stitches to do

Remember there are no rules.
You can stop the black when you're bored with it, and can finish it off whenever you please.

I know that but my brain won't let me!!!

The thing is, I want to see the "skeleton" of the whole picture before I add all the colours, and also I'm curious to see the back of my project all done in black because I like the effect the black and white has together

You are doing well with this. Look forward to next update

The 3rd skein of black is done!
Sorry the picture is not great quality but I will try to take a better one next time when hopefully I post the final black stitches update!

Until now I was thinking of an eagle or mountains.

In fact Steve had already guessed it right and posted the picture of it, but I see he has removed it now, out of kindness when he read I was sad it got discovered so soon I guess
It is bound to become more and more obvious anyway.

I am the opposite, I can't leave one job unfinished, I wouldn't enjoy it anymore if I started another colour knowing I still haven't finished the previous one!
