Family founded (date) pattern wanted

Hello!
I purchased a cross stitch pattern some time back and was saving it until I knew the date we would adopt our daughter. Well, the adoption became official on 2/5/16, and now I can't find the pattern anywhere! I believe it was a home done in a sampler style, and the words "The (blank) family, founded (date). Does anyone know where I might find something similar to this?
