I'm not surprised!! We used to spend some of the winter in Mojacar, just north of Almeria. Drove down in our motorvan for a couple of months for about 14 yrs.

Breathtaking work! It's amazing how the detail shows up: I especially love your picture of the work from a distance. It looks....amazing is the only work for it!

Thanks for the info re fabric and threads.
Is it wrong of me to want it to get cooler for you so you can stitch easier and let us see more of this lovely design?

Might have been a glitch in the system. I don't seem to have that problem right now. But I do agree that the colors of the rainbow are a perfect smiley for this piece!

Been struggling to get any stitching done just now, as Spanish classes have restarted after the summer break, and unfortunately one of our friends in the class passed away yesterday morning.
I made an extra effort today to do some, as it is very therapeutic.

Hi guys, hope you are all well and enjoying your stitching.
Haven't really don't too much lately, but just spent five hours on it today, really pleased the way it's looking. I can actually see the gearing of the telescope appearing now.
Hopefully I can get another full page finished before the end of this year.
Take care everyone. xx.

I love the rude mechanicals, and is that a rope of stars appearing at the top right. Love it.
