Re: 2016 Mini Projects
Thank you. Forgot to say that Teddy comes from a charity shop - I wanted to include some recycling in the process, and also wanted to show that you can use some totally unexpected materials. That's the reason behind the keys, too, but they are way too big for this little tree. I don't like them there but perhaps I will use them on a bigger tree.
Anyway, the homework assignment is done, and I am still coming up with more and more ideas Funny, really, how the mind learns to see certain shapes in everything.

Re: 2016 Mini Projects
I agree with everyone else very nice projects. You are very creative. I especially like the keys hanging from the limbs.

Re: 2016 Mini Projects
Thank you all for your kind words. I hope my sister in law likes my work as well.
Also this week, I did a project in honor of mitochondrial disease awareness for a friend's little boy. His picture will go in the frame as well.

What thoughtful gifts both of them are and beautifully stitched as well. Well Done on both finishes and frames.

Re: 2016 Mini Projects
I just made this. It will be stitched on some black felt and hang in the window so that the birds don't fly into it. The idea is that it needs to be dark for the birds but it can be nice and colourful on the inside where I see it.

Re: 2016 Mini Projects
A great idea Agi and one I might pick up for my bedroom window too. I have had 2 young parakeets fly into recently but thank both recovered ok.
